Steve has been a Realtor since 1994. He grew up in South Philadelphia and moved to Manayunk/Roxborough around 1983.
In 1993 while buying his first home his real estate agent convinced him that he should consider becoming an agent himself. He took the real estate exam  in early ’94  and joined Century 21 Alliance (Plymouth-Whitemarsh) that spring.
After having lived in Virginia for many years Steve moved back to Philly and will be joining Century 21 Alliance (Main Street) this spring.
Steve is a firm believer that people do NOT need to be “sold” or “pushed”. If the home Buying or home Selling process is explained properly, people are perfectly capable of making informed decisions and taking action.
There is an old saying “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”.  These are more than just nice sounding words to me. They are a cornerstone of how I  try to conduct myself both in business and life.
